Browse the help offline

You can download a copy of this website (with all images and working links) to browse offline, using the StrataBugs Updater. Check the item called 'Help Files' in the v2.1 Updater (if it does not appear, you may need a new version of the Updater, available from here). Set the local help location from the Control Panel Help menu.

How to use this help

There are three levels of help available on this site:

  • Detailed descriptions of each dialog (under the 'Dialogs' tab above)

  • 'Concepts' pages which explain principles and terminology (under the module tabs above)

  • 'Tutorials' pages which guide you through processes and workflows (under the module tabs above)

Bold text, like this, refers to a button or tab in StrataBugs.
Blue text, like this, is a link to a page about the named dialog.

If you are looking for help with a particular topic, you may find it in the How To index (right). Use the Help buttons built in to StrataBugs to take you directly to the relevant page.

Users who wish to take full advantage of all StrataBugs features may find it useful to browse around this site and read the general help pages.
