Schemes & Interpretations menus

Opens the Open Geological Interpretation dialog (pictured right).

You can use this dialog to open interpretations for a whole project. Select the project from the drop-down list. If you leave this field blank, then when you press OK you will be able to choose wells to open with the Well: Select dialog.

Select a Version of the data you want to display from the drop down list. If the version you require is not listed press the ellipsis button (...) to the right of the Version field to open the Version: Select dialog.

Select the Interpretation type and press OK. A list of interpreted intervals is displayed, with one tab for each well in the selected project. The example below shows the chronostratigraphy for a project.

Closes the Schemes & Interpretations module.

Opens the Stratigraphic Schemes frame where you can to add, edit or delete Stratigraphic Schemes (i.e. Lithostratigraphy, Chronostratigraphy, Biozones, Sequences and Composite standards).

Select this item to add , edit or delete Palaeoenvironmental schemes. More about using palaeoenvironment schemes...

Opens the Age Curves dialog, where you can add, view and edit the age curves for this database.

Select this item to add, edit or delete the Lithology scheme. Note there is only one lithology scheme available and this is common to all StrataBugs users [more...].
